Refund policy
Returns
Strictly no returns or exchange. Refund or Store Credit is applicable if the item was damaged or defective. In such cases, you can return the product within 7 days of delivery. If 7 days have passed by since the delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We do not offer a reverse pick and reverse shipping service. It needs to be managed by the customer.
Shipping cost is non-refundable, except for where there is a damaged/defective product. Please note observed colour variance or fabric expectations are not considered as defects. Products are clearly described on the website.
Reasons for Return
- Manufacturing Defect
If you have received a defective item, we will replace your product. If you change your mind about the product, you will receive STORE CREDIT only. Pick-up and replacement will be managed by us.
Clear pictures of product, parcel opening video and order number, name should be emailed to contact@phulari.com
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Kindly check the exchange section for the details.
- Quality Dissatisfaction
This is subjective and the quality criteria for each individual varies. We do not offer a refund for this. But we do respect our customer’s perspective and in genuine circumstances we can offer a STORE CREDIT. Please note shipping won’t be refunded and customer has to self-ship the product back.
- Color Variation
In case of any doubts with the color of the product, please free to contact us for clarification. Exchanges due to color variations won’t be accepted.
Since the products are hand- embroidered, at times there may be a slight variation in the design. Please note we do not regard this as a defect.
- Size Issues
For size issues , replacement of the product with the correct size shall be made. If the size is unavailable, a STORE CREDIT shall be made. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
In case of any doubts with the size of the product , please feel free to contact us for clarification.
Items Not Eligible for Returns
- Sale Items (Clearance): Items purchased during the Sale period are not eligible for return unless received in a defective state. In case of defects, normal policy applies.
- Used Items: To be eligible for return, the product must be in the same condition you received and unused. It also needs to be in the original packaging and labels.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom made orders (merchandise specifically made of request of customers as per fit, design, or colour requests)
- Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards
Steps to Initiate Returns
An email needs to be sent on contact@phulari.com specifying your order number and the reason you wish to return the product so that we can log in a return.
The product needs to be shipped back within 7 days from the delivery of the product.

Once you ship the product for return please make sure an email is sent with the shipment receipt for tracking and other purposes.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
1. Products with obvious signs of use
2. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
3. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, if 15 days have not passed since your order was placed. Otherwise we shall need your account or phone number to make a refund via Bank Transfer or Google Pay.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
2. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
3. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@phulari.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@phulari.com
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
