Ordering

Payments Queries


You can use our online store and place your order in simple steps. Use our online payment gateway to make payment.  If a payment has failed, you will be notified. If multiple payment attempts were made, and your account was debited wrongly, a refund will be processed and made as per bank processes. Additionally, if you cannot connect or make a payment through our online channel, give us a call and we will process your order offline. 

 

Cash On Delivery

We do accept Cash On Delivery in India in certain serviceable regions. If this service is available, you will receive the COD option during your payment procedure, depending on the postcode.
For all products ordered through COD a  surcharge of Rs. 150/-  is applicable. Minimum order value is 500, and maximum 3500.
For all COD orders, you will receive a confirmation call from our team, within 48 hours. If after 3 attempts we do not receive a response from the customer, the order will be canceled. 


International Payment

For International orders, payment can be done via PayPal. In case of any issues being faced with payment transactions, kindly feel free to email us at contact@phulari.com or on +91 7083743169. We can offer the bank details to initiate a bank transfer.
Please note: Once the order is placed, it is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. 

 

Custom Orders / Out-of-stock Items

We are inclined towards giving you your "special" product. If you have seen product that is out of stock, you can pre-order.
For a custom requirement, please feel free to call us or write to us. We will take special effort to arrange what you're looking for, just allow us some extra time.
Kindly Note: For customised orders, only pre-paid option is applicable

 

Offline Order

If for any reason you are unable to place your order, don't worry we can help you out. 
To create an offline order, we will require your name, phone number, email and  full delivery address.
Please note the order can be placed only once the payment is done either via bank transfer/ paytm/ gpay. Once you have processed the payment, share the screenshot so that an invoice can be created and sent.

Cancellation of Orders

Within India

Post placing the order if you wish to cancel, cancellation is valid within 24 hours since placed if the order has not been dispatched. Cancellation is not allowed after. To cancel write to contact@phulari.com or Whatsapp us.

Outside India

Post placing the order, cancellation of the same isn't applicable.

 

Returns & Exchange

Returns

You can return the product within 7 days of delivery. If 7 days have passed by since the delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Reverse pick-up is available in all Tier-1 & Tier-2 cities only. In non serviceable locations, return shipping needs to be managed by the customer. Reverse pick-up is applicable only in case of Defect/Damage or exceptions made.

Shipping cost is non-refundable.

 

Reasons For Return

  • Manufacturing Defect

For manufacturing defect, theproduct replacement. If the product is unavailable, a full refund will be made. Kindly check the exchange section for the details.

  • Quality Dissatisfaction 

This is subjective and the quality criteria for each individual varies. We do not offer a refund for this. But we do respect our customer’s perspective and in genuine circumstances we can offer a store credit. Please note shipping won’t be refunded and customer has to self-ship the product back.  

  • Color Variation

In case of any doubts with the color of the product, please free to contact us for clarification. Exchanges due to color variations won’t be accepted.

Since the products are hand- embroidered, at times there may be a slight variation in the design. Please note we do not regard this as a defect. In such situations, refund cannot be initiated.

  •  Size Issues

For size issues , replacement of the product with the correct size shall be made. If the size is unavailable, a store credit shall be made.

Shipping charges are non-refundable and customer has to self-ship the product back.

In case of any doubts with the size of the product , please feel free to contact us for clarification. 

 

Steps to Initiate Return

An email needs to be sent on contact@phulari.com specifying your order number and the reason you wish to return the product so that we can log in a return request. Return can be initiated only once approved. 

  1. The product needs to be shipped back within 7 days from the delivery of the  product.
  2. Once you ship the product for return please make sure an email is sent with the shipment receipt for tracking and other purposes.

 

Not Eligible For Return

  1. Sale Items

Items purchased during the Sale period are not eligible for return unless received in a defective state. In case of defects, normal policy applies.

  • Used Items
  • To be eligible for return, the product must be in the same condition you received and unused. It also needs to be in the original packaging. 

    1. Pre-ordered or Customised Items
      Items that are pre-ordered or cusomised are not eligible for return as they are specially made post confirmation from the customers end.

    Exchange

    We will replace any items which are damaged and defective once we have proof of the same. You just need to send us the product back  and email us your shipment receipt for tracking and refunding your shipping costs. Return shipping amounting to the actual costs or Rs.100 (whichever is lower) will be refunded.  We will replace your item(s) within 7-10 or receiving the defective/damaged item(s) upon successful verification.

    We will also offer replacement in case of size or genuine quality issues as mentioned in our Return Policy. In case that isn't possible we will offer a store credit and process a return. Please note, customer needs to self ship the product back, and we do not offer shipping refund.

    If the item is not replaceable (not in stock or unique piece) we shall process a full refund or offer store credit for the same.

     

    If we find the claim invalid, we will treat this as a "return" and process a refund accordingly.

    Refunds

    Refunds will be processed to the same bank account through which the purchase was made. We will initiate refund that includes full or partial value of goods returned (excludes any shipping charges) within 2 days from the day we get the product back and have processed it successfully. Shipping charges for returning the item incurred by the individual with not be refunded. In case of defects, return shipping to a maximum of INR100 will be offered to the customer.

    The amount should reflect in your bank account within 7-10 working days from the date the refund was initiated.

    Partial Refund

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

    Products with obvious signs of use

    Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

    Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

    Shipping

    Dispatch and Shipping Timeline

    Once we receive your order, the dispatch of your product takes 3-5 working days.

    Standard shipping within India takes 5-10 working days.

    Express shipping within India takes 2-5 working days.

    Standard shipping outside India take 15-20 working days.

    Please note:

    At times due to unforeseen circumstances, the shipping times can change and the customer will be notified accordingly.

    We are not accountable for such delays due to local courier staffing issues/government restrictions/non-availability of receiver/extra-ordinary circumstances like flooding or lockdowns and Refunds & Returns cannot be initiated due to such delays.

     



    Shipping Costs

    Within India

    Free Shipping on all orders within India

    Express delivery (delivery within 5 days of placing the order excluding the day of order) for all orders is available for a surcharge of Rs.299. Please email or call us after placing the order to avail express shipping.

     

    Tracking My Order

    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your shipment details on your registered phone number and email.

     If you've ordered a product currently out of stock, don't worry, we will personally get in touch and update you on the shipment.

    International Delivery

    Currently International deliveries are limited to certain countries due to the current scenario. We advice you to get in touch with us to place an order and confirm the shipping charges which will be as actuals.

    If any sort of custom charges are applicable it will be borne by the customer.
